This cabin is our custom built Montana 9. It is 11'x44' including an 8' screened in solid wood porch. Cabin comes with a living/kitchen area, full size bathroom, and 1 private bedroom.
The outside of the cabin is cedar lap siding, 29 guage metal roof, vinyl thermal pane windows, and the porch is built using pressure treated decking. Porch is 8' and screened in!! Ready for a set of rocking chairs!!

Walls are birch paneling, floors are 3/4" oak tongue and groove flooring, and ceiling has exposed beams throughout!! All cabinets and drawers are hand built using 100% solid wood. Kitchen has all black whirpool appliances including a refrigerator, stove/oven, and microwave range hood. Bathroom has a 54" shower, standard house commode and standard house sink. In the bedroom you will have enough room for a queen size bed and it comes with a built in sliding closet w/dresser and washer/dryer hookups.
There is plenty of natural light in the home with the added dormer windows in the living area!!
Cabin also comes with 100AMP service, 20 gallon water heater, ductwork & t-stat wiring in place, 3 ceiling fans, 2 cable outlets, and 1 phone outlet.
