This cabin is our custom built Montana 9. It is 11' x 44' including an 8' screened in soild wood porch. Cabin comes with a living area, full size kitchen, full size private bathroom and 1 private bedroom.
The outside of the cabin is cedar lap siding, 29 gauge metal roof, vinyl thermal pane windows, and the porch is built using pressure treated decking. Porch is 8' and screened in!! Ready for a set of rocking chairs!!
CABIN IS GORGEOUS ON THE INSIDE!!
Walls are birch paneling, floors are 3/4" oak tongue & groove flooring, and the ceiling has beautiful true exposed beams throughout!! All cabinets are hand built using 100% solid wood. (There are no partical board or paper wood products used in the manufactoring of our homes) Kitchen has all black whirpool appliances including a refrigerator w/ice maker, smooth top stove & microwave range hood. Bathroom has a 54" shower, standard house commode and sink. In the bedroom you will find a sliding closet w/built in dresser & washer/dryer hookups ready for a stackable washer/dryer. Bedroom has room for a queen size bed.
There is plenty of light coming through the homes with the added dormer windows in the living area!!
Cabin also comes with 100 AMP service, 20 gallon water heater, ductwork & t-stat wiring is in place, 3 ceiling fans, 2 cable outlets, and 1 phone outlet.
THIS HOME IS BEAUTIFUL!! All this and it is classified and titled as an RV!!
